Helen dos Santos is the Founder and CEO of Market-Centric Leverage Systems (MCLS), where she designs human-led AI systems that help leaders operate by design in the next era of leverage.

With over three decades of experience spanning finance, operations, technology, and organizational leadership, Helen has led large-scale transformations across real estate, franchising, and enterprise environments. Her work focuses on integrating AI into real workflows, systems, and decision-making in ways that strengthen leadership, culture, and trust.

Helen currently serves as VP of Chapter Development for NAWBO-OC (National Association of Women Business Owners) and is an active member of Women in Tech (WIT). She is a thought leader, advisor, and sought-after speaker on AI adoption, systems thinking, and human-centered innovation, and is open to board and advisory roles across tech, education, and mission-aligned organizations.

Colleen Rogers journey in the real estate industry began in Long Island, NY. As a graduate of the University of Central Florida, Colleen grew her knowledge and expertise, specializing in General Business and developing a strong foundation of Business Administration, Finance, Accounting and Management. Since 2004, Colleen has been an integral part of Keller Williams Realty International, where she currently owns two franchises with 5 locations in Southern California. Colleen has held various key roles including Regional Operations Manager and Area Director for territories in Southern California, Nevada and Arizona. Colleen's expertise also extends to coaching, mentoring and training essential positions, ensuring compliance with company policies and guidelines. She is committed to driving success, fostering growth, and achieving results at every level of her career. With an extremely vast network of relationships across the globe, a diverse skill set and a passion for helping others succeed, Colleen continues to make significant contributions as she crosses her 20th year in real estate.

Greta Tucker brings over twenty years of experience in talent acquisition, accounting, and corporate FP&A (financial planning & analysis). She is a former Certified Public Accountant and earned an MBA in Real Estate and Marketing from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania. Having specialized in residential real estate sales, Greta’s experience as a Real Estate Broker gives her insight into industry regulations and compliance. She is passionate about multi-family investing and connecting buyers and sellers with real estate professionals in her vast network across the country. Her skill set is perfectly curated to enable MCLS to scale while continuing to provide superior service to our clients and help them make their businesses more efficient and profitable.
